The Australian label Zimmerman made its New York Fashion Week debut today with their collection for Spring 2014. Designer Nicky Zimmerman delivered a collection that was ultra-feminine and filled with delicate details. Named “The Ringmaster”, the collection drew inspiration from vintage circus costumes. Light as air chiffon ruffles were seen on the hemline of midi length dresses and around the neckline of a-line tops, juxtaposed with sharp, clean lines of metallic pieces and bondage inspired tops. The swimwear, what the label is well known for, did not disappoint with modern lines and dreamy prints. ┬áZimmerman recently opened its first two stores in the U.S. in New York and Los Angeles.
